# Teams

Show Team

1. Click "Teams" in Navigation-Bar
2. In the Team-List click the Teamname of the Team you want to inspect.

Create Team

1. Click "Teams" in the Navigation-Bar
2. Click "New"-Button
3. Enter Teamname
4. Click "Save"

Upload Team-Picture (Optional)

1. Click "Teams" in the Navigation-Bar
2. Click "Upload Picture" in the Submenu
3. Click "Browse"
4. Pick your Image-File (PNG, JPG, JPEG)
5. Click "Open"
6. Click "Upload"

Set Team to private (Optional)

1. Click "Teams" in the Navigation-Bar
2. Click "Close" in the Submenu
3. The Team is marked with a lock in front of its Name.
4. To open, click "Open" in the Submenu

Join/Leave Team

1. In the Team-List click the Teamname of the team you want to join
2. If the Team is not private, click the "Join"-Button on the bottom of the page
3. To leave a team, click the "Leave"-Button on the bottom of the page

1. Click your name in the Navigation-Bar

Edit Profile

1. Click "Edit" in your Profile-Submenu
2. Edit your data
3. Click "Save"-Button

Upload Profile-Picture

1. Click "Upload Picture" in your Profile-Submenu
2. Click "Browse"
3. Pick your Image-File (PNG, JPG, JPEG)
4. Click "Open"
5. Click "Upload"

Delete Profile

1. Click "Delete" in your Profile-Submenu
2. Read the Note!
3. Confirm with the "Delete"-Button

# Events

Create Event

1. Click "Events" in the Navigation-Bar
2. In the Event-List click the "New"-Button
3. Fill in the details
4. Confirm with "Save"-Button

You now got a blank event. You need to assign cars and create races.

Pick Cars

1. Click "read more" on the Event you want to check
2. Click "Assign Cars" in the submenu
3. You need to pick at least one (1) car

You can pick multiple cars with CTRL-Key + left mouse-button (single choices) or hold and drag left mouse-button (blockchoice).

4. Confirm with "Save"-Button

Create Race in Event

A race is defined as followed:

• 1 Free Practice
• 1 Qualification
• 1 Race

Sim-Events doesnt support other race-formats at the moment.

1. In the Event-List click on your Event and open the Event-View.
2. Click on the "Races"-Tab
3. Click "New"
4. Fill in all data
5. Confirm with "Save"-Button

Note: Only one Race can be created on Event-Type "Single". Pick "Series" if you want to create multiple Races in one Championship.

2. Click "Edit" on submenu
3. Change data
4. Confirm with "Save"-Button

Upload Log-File

Note: This function is only visible for Eventmanagers and Administrators.

1. In the Event-List click on your Event and open the Event-View
2. Click "Upload log" on submenu
3. On Series: Pick Race
4. Pick Session
5. Click "Browse"
6. Pick your JSON-Server-Logfile
7. Click "Open"
8. Confirm with "Upload"-Button

Register at Event

1. In the Event-List click on your Event and open the Event-View
2. Click "Register"-Button
3. Pick a car
4. Enter a Number
5. Confirm with "Save"-Button

Register Team at Event

1. In the Event-List click on your Event and open the Event-View
2. Click "Register Team"-Button
3. Pick a team
4. Pick a car
5. Enter a Number
6. Confirm with "Save"-Button

Yout Team is now registered. You need to assign drivers for your Team.

Register Drivers for Team

Your team need to be registered to do this step.

1. In the Event-List click on your Event and open the Event-View
2. Click „Choose Teamdrivers"
3. Click „+“ on whichever driver you want to assign.
4. Click "Back" to go back to the event-overview

Edit Registration

Your team need to be registered to do this step.

1. In the Event-List click on your Event and open the Event-View
2. Click on "Change Car"
3. Edit your data
4. Confirm with "Save"-Button
